The Super Teacher Fellowship by Aikarthya Foundation is designed to transform passionate teachers into changemakers in education. Over two year, fellows undergo intensive training on modern pedagogy, child development, classroom management, and community engagement — supported by expert mentors and peer networks.

The program blends theory and practice through interactive modules, real-school experiences, and reflective learning. Fellows not only gain the knowledge and tools to teach effectively but also develop the leadership and empathy to drive long-term change in their communities.
